Terms of Service for Artwork & Designs

I work full time and am luckily financially stable. However, Please keep in mind that because I work that full time job; commissions are a side hobby. Assume 1-2 weeks for delivery of your commission. Payment is always USD and through PayPal. Full payment required upfront in the event of monetary exchange, unless you are a return customer. Returning customers should shoot me a DM in regards to a payment plan, Or a hold of any slots for a reasonable amount of time. All prices are open to Exchange for art/customs/etc. When offering any of the previous I will wait till a sketch is provided before starting the commission. A a finished piece is required to receive the fully finished commission.I reserve the right to refuse any commission or offer at any time. You can post my art wherever you want. Use art you get from me as banners, icons, whatever you want. Just don't claim it as yours, don't remove my signature. Credit me somehow. It can be in your bio, or in a post. If someone asks where the art came from, just be honest. No need to tell me where you post it. Message me for updates whenever. Refunds are only available at check in for the initial sketch. Changes can be made whenever I check in.Ex: Sketch check-in > sketch changes. Color check-in > Color changesAny YCH/Seasonal/Limited time Commissions I offer still fall Under these rules, but they wont have a tab listed here. Please check the posting for all required info in regards to what is available. If you have any questions, my DMs are always open.
If I make a mistake at any time. Please please let me know. I know sometimes the thrill of receiving the art means you don't notice tiny mistakes until later. Just shoot me a dm and I'll make the adjustments for you.

Design specific TOS:
Once they're yours, go wild. Change the hair, change the Outfit, give them more or less of a fur pattern.
Credit me for the original design, artwork, and creation.
Do not edit my artwork in any way.
Commercial use is absolutely allowed. However, if you start to make a lot of money ( 5000$+ a year) off of the design, I would like a small percentage, (.5%). This includes merch, Streaming revenue, etc. ; but does NOT apply to simply reselling the Design.
If you buy my designs from someone other than me, these terms still apply.
When reselling my designs, it is not required to let me know. But I would apricate it!
